The unit we got was clean with a bullet-proof window, a red jacuzzi, for instance. The location was GOOD in a seedy area and the staff here was accommodating.

Yes, first of all the the people at the front desk didn't classified their file properly it took at least 10 minutes to find my reservation. And they also gave my room card to my girlfriend's friend without our consent they can't do that. If it was someone else we could've been robbed. This was unacceptable.
